Mantic – Prediction Market Protocol

Project Overview

We collaborated with Mantic, a Web3 prediction market protocol, to shape its product narrative and position it within the growing landscape of decentralized forecasting platforms.

Mantic enables users to participate in real time markets by predicting outcomes across various topics, transforming collective intelligence into actionable insights. The challenge was to simplify a complex concept while making the product engaging, accessible, and intuitive for both Web3 natives and new users.

Beyond awareness, the key focus was driving participation, building trust in market mechanisms, and creating a seamless experience from onboarding to active trading.

Our Approach

We focused on building a product first narrative combined with growth driven execution.

Starting with core concept clarity, we simplified how prediction markets work, turning abstract mechanics into easy to understand user flows. Instead of overwhelming users with technical terms, we framed Mantic as a platform where users can express opinions, test insights, and earn from accurate predictions.

On the growth side, we designed engagement loops centered around points, participation frequency, and leaderboard dynamics to encourage repeat usage during the early phase.

We also aligned content, UI messaging, and campaign structure to create a consistent experience across all touchpoints, ensuring users understand not just what Mantic is, but why it matters.
